Kiro Soft collects data you provide to us, data about your interactions with Kiro Soft, and product usage data. The processing of personal data for these purposes includes automated and manual (human) processing methods. Automated methods are typically associated with and supplemented by manual methods. For example, to build and train automated processing methods (including artificial intelligence AI) and improve their accuracy, we manually review certain outputs generated by automated methods based on underlying data.

When you use Kiro Soft products provided by an organization, Kiro Soft's processing of personal data related to that product is governed by the contract between Kiro Soft and your organization. Kiro Soft processes your personal data to provide products to your organization or to you, and in some cases, to perform Kiro Soft business operations related to providing products as described in the Enterprise and Developer Products section.
